GRCCA Students, we are halfway way through the First Semester. I encourage you to review grades and assignments to get a clear understanding of your academic performance and follow through with any course requirements as needed. Parents, I strongly encourage you to sit alongside your child and review course grades to get a gauge of where your child is halfway through this semester in their courses. As college professors will only communicate with students, do not hesitate to assist your child in composing an email to their professor if you have any concerns. Remember, each student must use their assigned college email address to communicate with college instructors. Again, please do not hesitate to reach out to the GRCCA staff if you have any questions or concerns.

GRCCA Attendance Policy

The GRCCA Handbook explains in detail the Attendance Policy in full that must be adhered to by our students. Please review it if you have any questions about attendance requirements at the GRCCA. I have detailed a few points below:

  • All students are required to sign in daily upon arrival to their class at the GRCCA.

  • Pep rallies or other non-curricular activities are not considered excused absences.

  • Instructors determine whether work missed may be made up, and any makeup work allowed will be scheduled at the discretion of the instructor.

Sincerely,
