The Atlanta Braves Foundation and Truist Bank held a ribbon-cutting ceremony yesterday afternoon at the Griffin High School baseball & softball complex. Griffin High School is the 2nd school and 3rd overall project to benefit from baseball and softball improvements made possible by the Braves Park Projects program. The new facility improvements include a brand-new covered batting cage that will
be used by both the GHS baseball and softball teams and two outfield windscreens for the baseball and softball fields. The new facility improvements come after a tornado damaged much of the property. GSCS and GHS are very appreciative of the Braves Park Projects program and Truist Bank!

First National Bank of Griffin recognized Spalding High School freshmen, sophomores and juniors who are 2024 Outstanding Students this morning with breakfast. Thank you FNB for 41 years of investing in our students!
